Can I order a sample?
When you’ve found a product or products on our website that you would like to order as samples simple order a quantity of 1 of each item and we will know that this is a sample order.
Can I personalise my samples?
The wording on sample orders is not personalised but we will make your samples up in your chosen colours.
How long will it take for my samples to arrive?
We dispatch all sample orders within 7 working days.
How do I place an order?
Orders can be place online by adding the items you require to your basket. Personalisation details can be entered at this stage or if you don’t have all these details ready these can be emailed to us at a later date.
Order enquiries can be emailed through to us email@example.com we can then guide you through the order process and advise you on any queries you might have.

Once I've placed an order how long will it take for my proofs to arrive?
We dispatch all proofs within 5 working days unless it is a bespoke order.
How long will my order take to arrive?
After we have been given approval and payment in full has been made then we dispatch your order within 10 working days.
If you need your order sooner then please ask as we maybe able to work to your deadline.
Can I change the colour of the card, ribbons and bellybands?
We have six standard colours of card to choose from. A wide selection of paper belly bands and ribbon shades which can be seen on each product gallery or on our colour matching page.
If you can’t find the colour you are looking for then please get in touch as are often able to source a suitable match.
Are envelopes included in the price?
Yes. Envelopes are included with all of our invitations, RSVPs, Save the Dates and Thank you cards.
Will having my guests details printed on the invites and envelopes be an extra cost?
The printing of your guests names and addresses onto the invitations and envelopes is all included in the price.
What happens if I don't want my guests details printing?
That’s fine if you don’t require your guests details printing. We can either put a line on the invitations so that you can write them yourself or you could opt for generic wording i.e. ‘requests the pleasure of your company’
Outer envelopes can also be left blank for you to write yourself.
Will having an information card cost extra?
Yes. An extra information card is £1. These are 120x120mm and can be printed on both sides. This is usually enough room to fit all of the information you would need to include.
Alternatively if you only have a small amount of information to be included this could be printed onto the back of the invitation for 25p.
Can I change any of the illustrations to something that is more suited to the theme of our wedding?
Yes. There is a £25 one off design cost for this.
Do you offer a bespoke design service?
Yes. If you like the style of our stationery but can’t quite find the perfect design for your wedding then we do offer a bespoke design service.
Do I have to do anything to my order when it arrives?
Your invitation will arrive in their envelopes, unsealed, ready for you to seal, put a stamp on and post out to your guests.
Do you post out the invites directly to our guests for us?
We can do this for you. We would send you an invoice for the stamps and we will purchase the stamps and place them onto the envelopes and post out for you if preferred.
